An omelet with ham and mushrooms


Egg 4 pcs.
ham or sausage 100 g
mushrooms 300g
onion 100g
50 g hard cheese
120ml milk
olive oil 60 ml
wheat flour 25 g
ground black pepper
sea salt

Recipe for cooking
1. Mushrooms cut into thin slices. Onion peel and cut into thin half-rings.
2. Preheat a frying pan in 2 tbsp. olive oil, put the onion, stir, then add the mushrooms, salt and pepper, stir again and fry until golden brown.
3. Ham cut into strips, send in a pan with the mushrooms and onions and still a little fry. Cheese grate. Eggs with salt, add the flour, add the milk and whisk all mixer.
4. Preheat a large frying pan with removable handle the remaining olive oil, pour in the beaten eggs, lay out a path to the center of the ham and mushrooms. Once the eggs have grabbed the bottom, make a roll, wrapped on the edge of the omelet filling.
5. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the omelet and send a grill for 2-3 minutes or cover the pan with a lid and cook for just a couple of minutes.
