American toast or french toast.

The recipe is very simple, but I decided to write them down to remember. Today I’ll show American toast or French toast. The point they have almost the same.


• 3-4 slices of bread with a dense crumb;
• 1 egg;
• 70-100 ml of milk;
• salt for US croutons or powdered sugar for French toast;
• butter for frying.

1. Beat eggs, add milk, salt, stir.

2. In a skillet melt the butter. The bread on both sides dipped in a mixture of eggs and milk, fry on both sides over high heat for 30-60 seconds.

3.We serve for breakfast. For the French version of the toast and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
