Alupatry – Indian rolls with potatoes


for the dough:
Flour – 3 cups
Salt – 1 tsp..
Water – 1.5 cups
Curry or turmeric – 2 tsp..
Melted butter – 50 g
For filling:
large potatoes – 6 pcs.
Coconut – 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar – 1 tbsp. l.
Salt – 1 tsp..
Dry Ginger – 5 g
Curry – 5 g
Sesame – 2 tbsp. l.
Chopped fresh herbs – 2 tbsp. l.

1. Make the dough. Mix the flour, salt, curry. Add the oil and water. Mesim dough, cover it with a towel and leave for half an hour.
2. Getting stuffing. Boil potatoes and mash. To this add salt, sugar, sesame, coconut, curry, ginger and stir.
3. Sprinkle the table with flour and begin to roll out the dough. I should get a rectangle about 50 by 30 cm.
4. Distribute the filling over the dough and start to twist roll.
5. Cut into small rolls thick somewhere in the 1 centimeter.
6. Fry in sunflower oil on both sides over medium heat until golden brown. If you do not like fried, you can bake the rolls in the oven without any problems.
