Ingredients:
-3 cups flour
-salt 1 h. l.
-1.5 glass of water
-curry or turmeric 2 h. L.
-50g melted butter.
-large potatoes 6 pc.
-coconut 2 tbsp. l.
-sugar 1 tbsp. l.
-Dry ginger 5 grams.
-Curry (stuffing) 5 c.
-2 tablespoons sesame seeds. l.
-chapped herbs 2 tbsp. l.

Preparation:
Make the dough. Mix the flour, salt, curry.
Add the oil and water. Mesim dough, cover it with a towel and leave for half an hour.
Getting stuffing. Boil the potatoes and mash.
Thereto was added salt, sugar, sesame, coconut, curry, ginger, and stir.
Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the dough begin. I should get a rectangle about 50 by 30 cm.
Distribute the filling over the dough and start to roll to roll.
