Almond milk.

Very curious this wonderful product that is rich in beneficial omega-3 fatty acids, protein, magnesium, zinc, and dozens of minerals, calories and contains an order of magnitude less than the cow’s milk. It is easier to digest and helps the heart, strengthens bones and teeth, removes free radicals from the body. Useful milk. Another plus — a natural product.

Servings: 2

You will need:

• 1 cup almonds
• 3 cups of water + a cup for soaking
• gauze container for the storage of milk

How to cook:

1. Rinse and soak almonds in water overnight. The water is drained, rinsed nuts, put them in a blender with three cups of water (if you do not fit, you can take a half and the other half in the ready to add milk).

2. Whisk a couple of minutes.

3. Strain through cheesecloth, squeeze a good cake.

Optionally, you can sweeten (honey, syrup, Jerusalem artichoke, agave nectar, dates, sugar) and add the vanilla and cinnamon.
