Air pumpkin pie

At 100 Gr 101.72 kcal.

We will need:
400 gr. pumpkin, diced
4 eggs
80 gr. semolina
Orange peel – 1 tsp. a spoon

Pumpkin add water so that it completely covers all the pieces and boil under cover until tender. Grind the blender to puree the state.

Put back on fire (the smallest) and stirring mass to drive the eggs one by one, and then pour small portions of fried on a dry frying pan until soft creamy semolina. Cook for about 5 minutes.

Add the cinnamon and orange zest. Thickened mass poured into the mold in a lightly sprinkled with wheat flour (milled or breadcrumbs) and bake in oven at 180 degrees. until ready (about 20 minutes) .

The cake is completely cool and then remove from the mold, at the request of grease on top of natural yogurt.
