Air casserole with pumpkin

Autumn gives us such a wonderful product like pumpkin. It has a pleasant taste, and benefit from it a lot, and it carries a warm sunlight, which is so lacking in the fall. Pumpkin dishes in abundance. I offer you a simple recipe for pumpkin casserole. Your loved ones will thank you. Highly recommend.

We need:

0.5 kg pumpkin
250ml milk
150 grams of sugar (if the pumpkin sweet, sometimes less)
200 g of cottage cheese
3 eggs
100 g semolina
15g butter

Getting cooking.

Clear the pumpkin, cut into pieces and cook it for about 15 minutes in lightly salted water. Or you can chop coarsely and bake in the oven. The water is drained, and the pumpkin mash with a blender.

Cook thick porridge of milk and cereals. To add the mashed pumpkin porridge, cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and all mix well.

Vygladyvaem prepared mass into a form greased with butter and put in a preheated oven. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 C.

Cooked casseroles can sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
