Air buns mozzarella

Flour – 3.5 cups
Baking powder – 2 tablespoons
Salt – 2 tsp
Butter – 9 tablespoons
Grated mozzarella – 2 tablespoons
Cold milk – 1.75 cups
1 egg, beaten

1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
2. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
3. Cut the butter into small pieces and rub hands together with the flour mixture to the loose crumbs.
4. Add cheese and milk, knead the dough by hand.
5. Put the dough on a cutting board and continue kneading his hands. Roll dough to a thickness of 2.5 cm.
6. Forms for cookies cut rolls.
7. Coat the rolls with beaten egg, put on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool and serve.
