Adjara khachapuri.

INGREDIENTS
flour  500 g
milk  400 ml
yeast  5 grams (half a pack)
butter  1 tablespoon + piece
vegetable oil  1 tbsp
sugar  1 tsp
salt  0.5 tsp
suluguni  500 g (for filling )
chicken eggs  5 pcs. (for filling egg boiled 1pcs.)

COOKING PROCESS
1.In a bowl sift the flour.

2.Add yeast, salt, sugar, oil.

3.Pour the warm milk.

4.Knead the dough.

5.Vigorously knead it for about 5-7 minutes.

6.Put in a bowl, cover with foil and leave for half an hour

7.Cheese mix with oil and one egg.

8.Divide the dough into 4 parts.

9.Each roll into an oval.

10.Close bumpers so as to obtain a «boat.»

11.Each boat filled with stuffing. Put on the hot baking sheet in the oven.

12.Bake for about 5-7 minutes at high temperature (about 250 degrees).

13.Pull out of the oven, mix the stuffing. Pour the egg and send it back in the oven for 3 minutes.

14.Serve hot!
15.Right there is this: break off the edge of the boat and dip into the center.
