Acute chocolate chip cookies.

-Flour – 1.75 cups
-Cocoa (without sugar) – 6 tablespoons
-Baking powder – 1 tsp
-Salt – ¼ teaspoon
-Cinnamon – 1 tsp
-Chili pepper – 1/8 tsp
-Butter (softened) – 110 g
-Cane sugar – ½ cup
-Brown sugar – ½ cup
-Vanilla – 1 tsp
-Big egg
-Dark chocolate with red pepper (chopped or grated) – 55g
-Dark chocolate pieces – ¼ cup
-Powder: Sugar – 1.5 tablespoon cinnamon – ½ tablespoon

Flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and chili mix.

2 kinds of whisk sugar with butter and vanilla in a mixer on medium speed until the air condition. Beat the egg and beat back again. Reduce speed to a minimum and gradually sprinkle in the flour mixture, knead the dough, and then drop your chocolate.

Put the dough in a bowl, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Heat the oven to 175 degrees Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper for baking.

Prepare a powder for biscuits, mix the sugar and cinnamon. From the chilled dough blind by small balls, roll them in the sugar-cinnamon mixture and place on baking sheet.

Bake for 9 minutes until the tip starts to crack. Turn off the oven and leave cookies for 2 minutes, then cool completely and serve.
