A date pudding with caramel sauce

Ingredients
The amount of ingredients given to a diameter of 20 cm.
Pudding
-75 g of butter (at room temperature)
-125g brown sugar
-2 eggs
-175 g flour
-1.5 tsp baking powder
-2 eggs
-2 tbsp liquid honey
-2 tbsp golden syrup
-230 g dates (pitted)
-0.5 tsp soda
-180 ml. boiling water
Caramel sauce
-100 g of sugar
-150 g light syrup
-150 ml. cream (30-35% fat)
-50 g Butter

Cooking
Pour boiling water over dates and let them infuse for 20 minutes.
Pyurirovat dates using a blender.
Add date-weight soda and stir.

Softened butter with sugar, honey, molasses and eggs.
Pour the oil mixture of flour sifted with baking powder, and stir until smooth dough.

Add dough mass and date-mix.
Baking dish greased with oil. Spoon the batter into the mold.

Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 40-45 minutes or until tender. Readiness check with a dry toothpick, it should come out from the middle of the dry pudding.

For the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Add the molasses, sugar and cook until sugar is caramelized (3-5 minutes).

In a separate saucepan, bring the cream to a boil.
Pour the hot cream into the sugar with molasses, remove from heat and quickly stir. Give candy to cool down, it should thicken slightly.

Ready pudding, remove from oven and let cool in the mold for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the pudding from the mold and to pass on to a dish.

Serve the pudding, watering caramel sauce.
