Zucchini salad with avocado sauce.

INGREDIENTS
zucchini 1 piece.
Avocado 1 pc.
0.5 cucumber pieces.
garlic 1 clove
lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.
green basil 1 sprig
pine nuts 1 tbsp. l.
salt and pepper — to taste
olive oil 1 tbsp. l.

Recipe for cooking
We shall cut into fine strips young squash or zucchini. The middle do not take it loose. You can use a grater for Korean salads.

In a blender chop avocado, cucumber (remove seeds), garlic, basil, half nuts, lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix zucchini with avocado and cucumber sauce. Sprinkle with pine nuts and pour over the olive oil.
