1 small head of cabbage Young
4-5 young potatoes
1 rutabaga (optional)
2-3 small turnips
2 young carrots
2 pcs. green onions
1 tbsp. Fresh green peas
1 head cauliflower

Cooking:

Cabbage cut into 4-6 pieces, peel the vegetables and cut into large pieces, to analyze the cauliflower into florets. Put all vegetables in a ceramic form, preferably in a clay pot, not salt, cover and cook in the oven over medium heat until tender in its own juices. Remove from the oven and gently mix the vegetables. Separately, apply the special sauce and salt.

Sauce zhardinera

Necessary:

80 g butter
1 tablespoon or 2 tablespoons flour white breadcrumbs
Salt pepper
1, 5, Art. cooking cream (20%)

Cooking:

Melt the butter in a pan, gently mix with flour to avoid lumps, and pour in the cream. Add salt and pepper. As soon begins to boil, remove from heat.

You can cook a little differently zhardiner and faster: Sliced vegetables by the same name, just fry them in a pan in butter and oil mixture, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, pour 1, 5, Art. broth and bring to a readiness under the cover.
