Zavertushki

Very quick and easy to prepare dish of chicken.

Ingredients:
• Sirloin of chickens (one substrate) — 0.8 kg
• Cheese (any cut into large slices) — 150g
• Tomato (fresh, cut into half rings plump) — 2 pieces
• Mayonnaise (for greasing) — 100 g
• Sea salt (to taste)


How to cook:
-File Cut lengthwise, gently hammer to beat off, salt, spread with mayonnaise, put inside a piece of cheese and tomato.
-Zavernut Edge fillet and secure with a toothpick.
