White fish with potatoes and green onions

How to cook
Serves 4:
Boil 450g new potatoes in boiling water for 12-16 minutes until tender. Drain.
Melt 50g of butter in a frying pan and fry the chopped 1 bunch green onions for 3-4 minutes.
Place the 4 white fish fillets on a greased baking sheet skin side up, brush with butter and bake for 8-10 minutes, until the rind is not crispy. Lightly knead the potatoes and onions and put the fish on top.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with mayonnaise.
