Wheat tortillas

Ingredients:
270 gr. wheat flour plus 1/4 Art. mixing and rolling
1 h. L. salt
1/3 cup lard
1/2 cup cold water

Preparation:
1. Mix in a bowl 270 grams. flour and salt. Add lard and stir to form a large crumbs. Add water and knead the dough until smooth.
2. Sprinkle a clean work surface 1/4 cup flour. Place the dough on the surface and continue kneading until until the dough is resilient, and will not stick to hands. Wrap dough in plastic film and left at room temperature for 1 hour.
3. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and form balls, cover with a kitchen towel. Roll out on a lightly floured work surface of each ball 17 cm. Round cakes.
4. Fry the tortillas on a preheated pan with non-stick coating, with an average temperature for 1 — 2 minutes. from each side. Get ready tortilla parchment paper.
