I used to think that watermelon is striped, certainly round and red pulp. And I was very surprised when I found out that watermelon can be an oval shape, to resemble pumpkins and squash, have a monochromatic lemon peel and flesh color.

Salmon with watermelon juice

Consider:

500g salmon fillets
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons Sake (or dry white wine)
4 tablespoons watermelon juice
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
a pinch of grated ginger
2 tablespoons corn oil
¼ of a small watermelon

Mix in a non-metallic bowl sake, watermelon juice, soy sauce and ginger. Then put the mixture in the salmon fillets, turn and put into the refrigerator to marinate for 2 hours. Then, heat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour into a baking dish of corn oil. Dry the salmon, put it into the form (one layer) and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for about 10 minutes. Transfer to a platter and garnish with diced watermelon. The second dish is ready to eat. Bon Appetit!

Consider:

500 grams of watermelon flesh
8 g of gelatin
60g sugar
250 ml muscat wine
mint leaves
Pour gelatin with 150 ml of cold boiled water and leave to swell.

From the pulp of watermelon remove seeds and grind in a blender. It was then strain through a sieve.

Take a small saucepan, pour into it muscatel wine, fill with sugar and bring to a boil.

Then reduce the heat and simmer for another 10 minutes.

After this time, put in boiling wine swollen gelatin, stir well, remove from heat and leave to cool.

When the wine reaches room temperature, mixed with watermelon juice and pour the mixture over the shaper.

Consider:

cup of watermelon pulp (no seeds)
kiwi
a cup of any fruit
½ cup of grapefruit juice
½ cup chilled green tea
ice cubes
In a blender to whip the flesh of watermelon. Kiwi clean and cut slices. Then add all ingredients and beat well again. Pour the cocktail into glasses, put ice cubes and garnish with slices of watermelon (and slices of lime). Immediately apply to the cocktail table. Refreshing your mood!

Now I tell a few rules when choosing a watermelon:

stem from mature watermelon should be dried,
peel should be bright and shiny without matt plaque
