Vegetable frittata mini.

Ingredients:
Egg 1 pc.
frozen peas 1 tbsp. l.
frozen broccoli 1 tbsp. l.
milk 2 tbsp. l.
olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
cheese to taste

Preparation:
Beat the egg with the milk, salt and pepper.
Molds lubricated. At the bottom of the molds put green peas and broccoli.
Pour the egg mixture.
Put molds for half an hour in a preheated 400F oven.
When the egg is already baked, sprinkle with cheese and eat!
