TZATZIKI

Ingredients:
-Cucumber (1)
-Greek yogurt (4 tablespoons)
-Garlic (1)
-Limón (1)
-fresh herbs: parsley, mint, dill …
-salt
-Black pepper
-Olive oil

Preparation:
Cut the cucumber into thin slices as you can. Sazónalas and leaves in a colander to lose fluid. You can also squeeze them with your hands.
In a mortar make a paste with garlic, sea salt and olive oil.
Stir in yogurt, cucumber, zest and lemon juice and chopped fresh herbs.
Mixture.
It serves.

Maja one majo garlic! With a little coarse salt and olive oil. Greek yogurt and adds zest and lemon juice

Stir in well drained cucumber.

Fresh herbs are important in this preparation. I added parsley and mint. I would have liked also add some dill but … it could not be!

Once mixed everything I serve and give a touch of pepper.
