Two-storey sandwich with pickles and hummus

Ingredients:

Toasting Bread — 9 pcs.
Carrots — 1 pc.
Red Radish — 4 pcs.
Cucumber — 0.5 pc.
Tomato — 1 piece.
Olive oil — Article 1.5. l.
Lemon juice — Article 1.5. l.
Hummus — Article 5. l.
Pesto sauce — 4 tablespoons. l.
Salt — to taste
Freshly ground pepper — to taste
Paprika Powdered — to taste

Preparation:

1. Cut thin slices washed carrots, radish and cucumber.
2. spread the vegetables on a slice of bread, smear hummus, vegetables pour a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cut tomatoes into slices.
3. Lubricate the other slice of hummus and cover their sandwich, buttered side to the vegetables, sprinkle the top 3/4 Art. l. pesto.
4. Put the slices of tomato pesto on top, cover the next slice of toast smeared pesto. Cut sandwiches in half diagonally.
