INGREDIENTS
Lemon 1 pc.
Lime 1 piece.
Eggs 2 pcs.
sugar + 200 g 7 tbsp
semolina 100 g
cow’s milk 500ml
cashew taste
Lemon and lime wash thoroughly.

Remove the zest from the lemon and lime using a fine grater.

Squeeze the juice from citrus fruits.

Connect the eggs and sugar, mix well.

Add the semolina and again mix well.

The weight shift into a saucepan, add milk. Mix well.

When the milk comes to a boil, add the lemon zest, and lime.

Cook until thick about 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly, to decoy does not overheat. Remove from heat, cover with a lid.

Juice of lemon and lime mixed with sugar (7 v. L.).

Pour into a silicone mold.

Put in the microwave at full power for 5 minutes, until the liquid is pale brown and viscous. The main thing — do not overdo. You can individually cook caramel on the stove in a saucepan and pour in any convenient form.

Semolina mixture beat with a mixer.

Put on top of the caramel. Remove the freezer (not hot) to 3 h. Then, to get, to turn on a dish, let stand for 20 minutes, sprinkle with chopped nuts and serve.

Dessert turns out very tasty, refreshing, easy. Will appeal to both adults and children.
