Prepare crunchy toasts with avocado

Toasts avocado. Sometimes it happens that just wants something. If all of a sudden now you want avocados, we know what to do!

Prepare a light, crispy and juicy toast with avocado. This dish is perfect for breakfast, and for a light dinner, and simply in order to eat.

Just you remember that you need to choose a ripe avocado and soft, right? Then Bon Appetit!

You will need:

— Red onion — 1/4 pieces

— Lemon juice — 1/2 tsp

-kapersy — 1/2 tsp

— Olive oil — 1 tsp

— Salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

— Lemon peel — 1 tsp

— Avocado — 1/2 pieces

— Bread — 2 slices

— Smoked trout — 30 grams (optional)

How to cook:

Finely we shall cut onions. Large shall cut capers. Mix onion, lemon juice, capers, olive oil and 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper in a bowl.

Let stand for a while, until the onion is softened slightly, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, fry the bread slices until crisp.

In another bowl, mix the lemon zest, avocado and 1/8 teaspoon salt to the consistency of mashed potatoes.

Place half the avocado mixture on one slice of toast and add half of the onion mixture. If desired, add the smoked trout or the egg. Repeat with the remaining ingredients and serve immediately.

Or you can make it even easier. Mix avocado, chopped onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper, finely chopped tomato and all smear on toast.
