The popular three-layer cake home.

The dough for one cake:
• Sour cream 1/2 cup of 200 ml;
• Sugar — 1/2 cup of 200 ml;
• Chicken egg — 1 pc;
• Flour — 3 tbsp. spoons;
• Soda — ¼ tsp.

Fillers:
• 1 cake — 1 cup walnuts;
• 2 cake — ¾ cup raisins;
• 3 cake — ½ cup poppy.

Cream:
• Sugars — 1 beaker 200 ml;
• The yolk — 3 chicken eggs;
• Milk — 3 tbsp. spoons;
• Butter — 200 grams.

Preparation:
1.Izyum and poppy (in separate) soak in boiling water for 1 hour, then pat dry.

2.Rasteret egg with sour cream and sugar, add the flour and baking soda. All thoroughly beat. Add appropriate fillers and bake three cakes. Oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

3. For the cream: mix thoroughly yolks, milk and sugar. On low heat, stirring constantly — cook until thick mass (7 minutes).

Cool the cream to room temperature. Beat butter until fluffy and add the cream. 4.Gotovy cream briefly put into the refrigerator, and then lubricate them cooled cakes.
