Sudak baked with mushrooms.

Ingredients:
carcass walleye (can substitute fillet) 800 g.
wild mushrooms cut 250 gr.
cream 30% 250 ml.
medium onion, cut into half rings 1 pc.
puchkok parsley, chopped 1/2 pcs.
Parmesan cheese, finely grate 50 grams.
salt and freshly ground white pepper to taste white
butter 1 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 390 ˚F.
Fish carcass wash, dry, cut into portions.
Rub with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Pieces of fish decomposed heat-resistant bottom dishes in a single layer.
In a small pan heat the butter and oil. When the butter stops foaming, add the onion and fry until soft.
Add the mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste and cook, stirring, for 4-5 minutes.
Pour the cream to the mushrooms and stir well. The resulting sauce pour over fish.
Mushrooms spread evenly over the entire surface. Place in preheated oven and bake 20 minutes.
After this time, the fish sprinkle with parsley, first and top with grated Parmesan cheese. Oven for another 10 minutes, the cheese should be well browned.
Remove from oven and serve immediately!
It goes well with pasta, potatoes or simply with vegetable salad.
