STUFFED lean CHAMPIGNONS

STUFFED lean CHAMPIGNONS.

Ingredients:

50g basmati rice
600g mushrooms
½ tsp salt
100g onions
30ml vegetable oil
¼ tsp ground black pepper

Cooking method: 
Just need to put to boil the rice in salted water. You can take any long grain, basmati rice in this recipe. Mushrooms should be washed, to remove their legs, and spread out the cap on a greased baking sheet, like cups.
Onions cut into medium-sized and lightly fry in vegetable oil. Then add the mushrooms to cut the legs and continue to fry together until golden brown.
Add to the pan cooked rice, salt and pepper to taste, stir.
Since the cap resulting stuffed as tightly as possible and bake in the oven at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes.
