There are so many recipes — from simple frozen berry puree to a more complex manufacturing process of ice cream. Today we offer a little tricky to cook and strawberry ice cream at home, tender and buttery flavor that surpasses all expectations!

Strawberry ice cream at home

Strawberry ice cream at home — ingredients:

300 g strawberries,
250 ml of whole milk,
350 ml whipping cream (33-35%),
4 egg yolks,
120 g caster sugar,
1 vanilla stick (or 10 g of vanilla sugar).

Strawberry ice cream at home — cooking:

1.Mash the yolks with the sugar until white.

2. Boil the milk with the vanilla seeds.

3. Stirring constantly, slowly pour the hot milk in a thin stream into the egg yolks. This should be done gradually so that the yolks are not curled.

4. Again, put milk-yolk mixture on low heat and, stirring well to warm up (but not boil) for 5-8 minutes, until the mixture thickens. If desired, the mixture can drain through a sieve.

5. Mixture is first cooled to room temperature (water bath may be), and then in a refrigerator of about 1 hour.
