strawberry CAKES

You will need
On 6 items:
300 g strawberries, cleaned from tails
10 drops of rose water
40 g of vanilla sugar
200 ml whipping cream
icing sugar for decoration

Shortbread:
325 plain flour
1 tablespoon baking powder (baking powder)
6 tbsp golden sugar
175g unsalted butter, softened
2 eggs, 1 whole and 1 protein
125 ml cream

How to cook
If you get a bit of a strawberry — this dessert is a must.

1. Preheat oven to 180 g C. Put the strawberries in an oven dish with 1 tablespoon of water and rose water and sprinkled with sugar. Cover with foil, then put in the oven is warming up for 15 minutes. Berries should begin to burst and should see the sweet juice. Allow to cool.

2. To make the pastry, sift the flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and baking powder in a bowl. Add half the sugar and all the oil. Beat the whole eggs with the cream and add to the flour. Knead the dough. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 cm and cut out circles tins or glass. Put on a baking sheet, brush with white and sprinkle with the remaining sugar. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Get two cookies berries; sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with cream.
