Strawberry Cake Napoleon

Ingredients

For the cakes:
-Puff pastry — 1 kg

For the cream:
-Cream 33% fat — 250g
-Turkish yogurt (or very thick) — 250 g
-Powdered sugar — 150 g
-Strawberry — 300g

Cooking process

Roll out the thawed puff pastry, cut to form a plate.

Bake a cake in the oven at 220 ° C for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Ready-made cakes cool completely.

Slice the strawberries, 1 tablespoon sleep powdered sugar. Strawberries should give juice.

Whip cream with remaining sugar until thick. Add to the cream of yogurt, juice from the strawberries. Mix.

Formation of cake: Each cake grease with 1 tbsp cream, strawberry spread. On top of the cake spread the next and so on. On the finished cake lay on top of the remaining cream and strawberries.
