Sponge cake with peaches and cream

A sweet addition to your favorite dinner — cake
INGREDIENTS
chicken eggs 5 pcs.
flour 1 tbsp.
sugar 1 tbsp. + 2 tablespoons
baking powder 1 tsp
cream milk 500 g
Peach 8 pcs.

Yolks and whites separated.

Half cup sugar rub with egg yolks. The other half of the sugar added to proteins and beat them.

Very gently mix the yolks with the proteins.

Add baking powder, flour and gently mix.

Bowl Multivarki grease with butter and pour the dough back. Put mode «Baking» and set a time of 65 minutes.

In multivarka cake it turns out very lush.

Divide the cake into three parts.

Add to cream 2 tbsp. l. sugar and beat them.

Canned peaches, cut into slices.

Assemble the cake. For each cake to put the peaches.

On peaches put cream.

The whole cake smear cream.

Decorate the cake peaches and put into the refrigerator for 3 hours.
