Ingredients:
Spaghetti (400g)
Minced meat mixture of beef and pork (400 gr)
Egg (1)
Garlic (1)
fresh parsley (to taste)
salt
Black pepper
Wheat flour (150 gr)
Olive oil
Bread (2 slices)
Milk (1 cup)
cured cheese (to taste)
Dried oregano (1 tablespoon)
Fried tomato sauce (400 ml)

Preparation:
1.Dip the bread crumbs in milk.
2. In a bowl mix the chopped egg, salt and pepper, garlic and chopped parsley and bread crumbs soaked in milk but drained meat. Reserve milk.

3. When you have everything well mixed dale shape the meatballs.

4. Spend balls wheat flour.

5. Fry the meatballs.

6. Heated tomato sauce in another large skillet.
7. Add the milk booked tomato sauce.
8. Enter in this sauce fried meatballs once and mix well.

9. Cook the spaghetti in salted water and add to the sauce once cooked.

10. If necessary add some water to the pasta cooking.
11. Mix everything well.

12. Serve the pasta with the sauce, meatballs, grated cheese and a little oregano.
