Soup with chicken meatballs and shrimp.

Ingredients:
300 g of shrimp, make the stuffing
600g minced chicken
2 leeks
2.5 cm ginger skip
1 egg
1 tablespoon starch
6 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Soup:
300 g of chopped cabbage
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 leek, finely chopped

Preparation:
In a bowl mix both kinds of meat, chopped onion, ginger, egg and starch. Mix well.
Add water and stir until smooth. Add the spices and oil. Boil the water. BLIND meatballs and scald them in boiling water for 2 minutes.
For soup, use the water in which cooked meatballs. Throw in her cabbage. Add the spices and cook for about 5 minutes. In a pan, return the meatballs and let them warm up 1-2 minutes.
Turn off the heat. Serve hot soup with chopped onions.
