Sofrito: chicken with potatoes & onions

Ingredients:
Chicken — two quarters, cut in half
Potatoes — 5 pcs.
Onions — 3 pcs.
Sprig of rosemary, sweet paprika, turmeric, salt and pepper
Olive oil

Preparation:
1. In a heated pan pour oil (not sparing) and add a little paprika and turmeric.
2. And just immediately send coarsely chopped potatoes.
3. Season with salt, pepper and fry until golden brown on all sides.
4. While the fried potatoes, mix the paprika, turmeric, salt, pepper and a little olive oil.
5. And bathe in the resulting mass of chicken.
6. Once the potatoes will be ready, put it aside, and a new large oil fry chopped onion.
7. And then the chicken until browned on all sides thoroughly. It’s time to throw a couple of sprigs of rosemary.
8. Once and chicken is ready, merge oil and rosemary, add to the pan the potatoes, onion and fresh rosemary, pour a glass of cold water.
9. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
