ingredients :

  • Langoustines (12)
  • Garlic (1)
  • Guindilla (a piece)
  • Cucumber (medium)
  • red pepper (a quarter)
  • green pepper (medium)
  • Red onion (medium)
  • Tomato (1)
  • Mayonnaise sauce (a little)
  • Dijon mustard (1 teaspoon)
  • Limón (1)
  • White vermouth (1 shot)
  • Olive oil (to taste)

preparation :

  • Peel the shrimp reserving heads.

  • Peel the garlic, remove the seeds and cut into strips.
  • Rinse the cucumber, remove the ends and cut lengthwise in half. With a teaspoon remove the seeds and cut into strips half a cucumber lengthwise and these into small cubes.

  • Rinse peppers (red and green), dry them and red pepper strips with a vegetable peeler. Cut into fine julienne.

  • Peel and cut into fine julienne red onion.
  • Peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds and water vegetation. Cut into small pieces.

  • In a saucepan on 7/10 put olive oil and introduces garlic and chilli.
  • Also in that pot saute tails seasoned shrimp. In less than a minute remove them and set aside.

  • Squeeze the juice of a lemon.
  • In a small glass jar introduces a teaspoon of Dijon, olive oil, lemon juice part and a few drops of mayonnaise. Cover the pot and shake to get a salad dressing.

  • Prawns served on a plate or source. Accompanied by some of the fried garlic with the prawns.
  • Decorate the dish to your taste with red pepper, cucumber, green pepper, red onion, chopped tomato.
  • Distributed some «dots» Dijon mustard on the plate.
