With sweet vermouth can cook softer cocktail «Friend-Scot.» You will need: 15 ml of whiskey, 30 ml sweet vermouth, the same liquor «Galliano» and orange juice. All this is mixed in a shaker and poured into a glass of champagne. The drink can be decorated with orange peel.

Some Scottish cocktails seem very home due to a combination of cream and honey. Such, for example, a cocktail «Hair of the Dog». It consists of 30 ml of whiskey, the same amount of honey and 60 ml of cream. All the ingredients are mixed in a shaker and poured into a glass filled with ice.

Easier and refined variant — cocktail «Consolation for the Scottish.» To cook it you will need:

30 ml Scotch whiskey
15 ml liqueur «Cointreau»
150ml milk
30 ml cream
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
All ingredients should be mixed in a beaker with ice.

A cocktail «Flying Mountain» offers a taste of the unusual combination of cream and orange. It consists of:

30 ml of whiskey
30 ml liqueur «Kahlua»
30 ml of orange juice
30 ml cream
All ingredients are mixed in a blender until homogenous and then cocktail poured over ice.
