Salad of lettuce with apple & fennel

INGREDIENTS
mandarin orange (peel) — 1 tsp..
shallots — 1 pc.
Fennel — 2 of head of medium size
apple red small — 2 pcs.
olive oil — 3 tbsp. l.
pepper
mixture of salad leaves — 450 g
lime (juice and zest) — 1 pc.
salt
white wine vinegar — 2 tbsp. l.

COOKING METHOD
1.Pulp fennel finely chop half rings. Apples, not peeled, cut into thin slices, removing the core, sprinkle with lime juice. Grind herbs fennel and shallots.
2.For the dressing whisk the olive oil, vinegar, zest of citrus, add the shallots. Fill with salt and pepper.
3.Arrange the lettuce on plates, put them on the apples and fennel. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with herbs fennel.
