Salad of green beans with olives

Delicious, hearty, quick salad. If you are a vegan or eliminate egg fast!

Ingredients:

500-600 grams of green beans
half cup cherry tomatoes, halved
half cup of olives, pitted and halved
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Slice of lemon
Large salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

1. In a saucepan of boiling salted water, drop your green beans and cook until soft state for about 3 minutes. Then drain and rinse under very cold water, then the color will remain the same bright green beans.

2. Cut the pods in half to make it easier to eat and place in a dish.

3. Then add all the remaining ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste, season with butter, stir and voila!

Serve with a slice of lemon.
