Roulade of smoked salmon with curd cheese

Roulade of smoked salmon with curd cheese

You will need:

curd — 250 g
curd cheese — 150 g
gelatine — 10 g
horseradish — 2 tablespoons
lemon juice — 1 tbsp
lemon peel — 1 tsp
cream — 150 g
smoked salmon (thin slices) — 400g
celery — 1 petiole
chopped dill — 1 tbsp
salt and pepper — to taste

How to cook:

Soak gelatin in the cold water.

Curd cheese unite with cheese, horseradish, lemon juice and zest. Salt and pepper and mix well.

Gelatin let down in a skillet over low heat, mix with two Art. tablespoons cheese and curd weight and admixed with the bulk of the curd and cheese. Enter the whipped cream.

1/3 shall cut the salmon into small pieces and add to the cheese and cottage cheese. Celery chop and add along with the dill. Mix well.

Cover the form with cling film. Lay salmon slices so that they were in favor of form. Lay out the stuffing, leveled and covered slices of fish.

Put in the refrigerator overnight.
