Roasted Brussels sprouts with shallots

Ingredients to the recipe:
◾ 500 gr. Brussels sprouts, chop
◾ 4 pcs. shallots, cut along the small wedges
◾ Salt and freshly ground pepper
◾ 5 tbsp butter
◾ 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
◾ 1/2 cup water
◾ 1 tbsp. l sugar

Preparation of meals recipe:
1. In a skillet fry in butter (2 tablespoons), with an average temperature of shallots with the lid closed, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add apple cider vinegar and a tablespoon of sugar, cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Put in a separate bowl.
