Cookies are used to prepare a tiramisu dessert called «Savoiardi».

RECIPE PASTRY TIRAMISU

You will need:

  • 60g sugar
  • 50 g of wheat flour
  • 30 g of powdered sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 egg yolks

RECIPE PASTRY TIRAMISU:

Beat the egg whites to form soft peaks, add half the sugar and continue beating until sugar is dissolved and smooth mass.

Yolks connect with the second half of sugar, beat until fluffy light weight.

Add whites to the yolks, add the sifted flour, gently moves bottom-up mix.

Put dough in the form of slips on the laid parchment baking from a pastry bag — stick should be about 10-12cm long.

Sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar twice, on leave 10-15min.

Bake cookies for tiramisu heated to 190-200 degrees oven for about 10-12min.
