Quick and easy snack to blame — salmon with curd cheese and herbs on a puff pastry

Ingredients:

puff pastry
curd cheese 1 package
parsley, basil and dill can be optional
Smoked salmon or other similar fish

Preparation:

1. Roll out the dough and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
2. Cut the fish into pieces.
3. The finished dough lubricate the curd cheese and sprinkle with herbs.
4. Cover with slices of salmon, cut into pieces.
