Puffs of ready puff pastry stuffed with frozen cherries

Ingredients:
• 500 g of puff pastry (pre-defrost)
• 250 grams of cherries (after defrost)
• 3-5 tablespoons sugar
• 2-3 teaspoons starch
• 1 egg
• little flour for sprinkling

Preparation:
1. cherries has been drained, and well squeeze the very cherry. Add the sugar and mix.
2. Working surface slightly sprinkled with flour. Roll out dough to a length of 2-3 mm in thickness (roll in one direction).
3. Cut into squares with a side of 10 cm.
4. Lubricate the squares lightly with beaten egg.
