Potatoes with mushrooms in cream

Ingredients:
• 700 g of potatoes
• 400 grams of fresh mushrooms
• 300 ml of fatty cream (25-30%)
• 3-4 cloves of garlic
• 80 ml sunflower oil
• fresh parsley
• salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes, wash the, cut into thin slices. Once again, rinse well, let the water drain out.
2. Heat a frying pan with oil. Put the potatoes, fry in the fire a little more than average. Salt and pepper potato, stir occasionally, but not often. Fry until the slices are tender.
3. Then add the chopped garlic and pour the sour cream. It should slightly cover the potatoes. Make fire less and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. wash the mushrooms carefully, cut into slices.
5. Fry them in oil until almost cooked.
6. Chop the parsley. Add the potatoes with mushrooms.
7. Move all the ingredients in a baking dish.
8. Bake the potatoes with mushrooms in cream sauce at 200 degrees. 20-25 minutes.
