Potato salad German

Ingredients:
1.4 kg new potatoes
1 yellow onion, cut into four pieces
225g diced bacon
1 large red onion, diced
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. l. mustard seeds
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
8 stalks of green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves

Preparation:
Preheat barbecue at full power. Put the potatoes in a large saucepan with the onion and cover with cold water. Cook on grill grate or stove burner until soft. Drain, remove the onion and slice the potatoes as soon as it has cooled sufficiently, diced. Put the potatoes into a large bowl and cover to keep warm.

Put a large saucepan on the grill grate. Put the bacon and fry until crisp. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel the laid plate to remove excess fat. As of melted bacon fat, place the onion and cook until soft, about 3-4 minutes. Carefully pour in the vinegar, add the mustard seeds and cook for another 2 minutes. Add vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste. Add hot dressing to potatoes and mix gently. Sprinkle with green onions and parsley. Again, salt and pepper to taste.
