POTATO FRITTERS

POTATO FRITTERS. 

First, prepare the dough: 100g of potato flour, 2 eggs, a spoon of vegetable oil and a spoonful of water. A bit must be diluted with warm water and

melted butter. Pour the beaten egg white.

Boil the potatoes until soft, cut across by 2-3cm.

Then slices of boiled potatoes dipped in batter and fry.
