300 grams of eggplant
500 g zucchini
250 grams of red pepper

2 tomatoes
200 g onion
2 cloves garlic

2 bay leaves
olive oil

Wash tomatoes, dry and cut into quarters. Onion peel and cut into small cubes. Then fry it in a pan with olive oil until transparent. Add tomatoes, chopped garlic, thyme and bay leaf. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes on low heat (lid closed). Zucchini, eggplant, peppers wash. Remove peppers from the stalk and seeds.
