Pie with potatoes and meat.

Ingredients:

Filling:

300 g of potatoes and ground beef

1 onion

garlic

spices, salt

Dough:

200 g sour cream

100g margarine

2.5 cups flour

salt

How to cook:

Mix the sour cream with the softened margarine or butter, add the sifted flour and 1-2 pinches of salt, knead the soft dough and leave it at 15-20min.

Finely chop the onion for stuffing, potatoes and cut into thin circles.

Divide the dough into 2 parts — a smaller, more second.

Roll out the smaller piece of dough into a circle, put in the form at the bottom, put a layer of half the potato circles, put on top of a layer of minced meat, salt and pepper and season with spices, put in the minced onions, and on top — the remaining potatoes.

Cover the cake the second part of the test, roll out thinly it, zaschipnut edges and in the center to make a hole in the dough to allow steam to escape.

Put the cake in the preheated 180-200 degree oven and bake for 40-45min until tender and light browning.

Serve  hot or cooled down.
