Strozzapreti with mint sauce

Pasta Strozzapreti San Marino

We need:

Pine nuts — 60 g
Grated Romano Cheese — 85 g
Mint leaves — 70 g
Olive oil — 2 tbsp. l.
Grains of pepper — 2 tsp
Zucchini — 500g
Garlic — 1 clove
Salt and pepper — to taste
Strozzapreti Pasta — 600 g

How to make:

1. Fry nuts over low heat for about 3-4 minutes, shaking the pan frequently. Just do not forget to set aside some nuts to decorate the finished dish.

2. Mix the grated cheese, chopped mint leaves (but reserve reserve a couple of tablespoons) butter, crushed pepper. Seasoned with salt and pepper.

3. Cook the pasta according to the instructions.

4. Mix grated zucchini, chopped garlic and mint sauce.

5. Refill the pasta sauce, decorate with the remaining pine nuts and mint and call all to the table.
