Parfait with Greek Yogurt

Recipe:
Prepare homemade Greek yogurt: bed mesh coffee filter and set it to a bowl. Put 4 cups of yogurt into the filter and put in the fridge for 12 hours. (Serum should drain and thicken the consistency, you will have about 2 cups of thick yogurt). Take 1/2 cup of granola, and 2 medium ripe peach.

In a medium sized bowl, combine sliced peaches with a tablespoon of honey and 1/4 tsp cinnamon, set aside. In another bowl, mix the yogurt with the remaining 2 tbsp. l. honey to sweeten its sour taste. Collect parfait, laying on the bottom of the ice-cream bowls a quarter cup of yogurt, then add 3 tbsp. l. peaches, and on top of 2 tablespoons granola. Repeat layers, sprinkle any berries.
