Pao de kezho — small cheese buns from Brazil. They have the original taste due to the fact that the cheese is added directly to the dough, but also because they are baked in a flour, and tapioca — starchy cereals. Eat them hot!

Ingredients

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
60 g parmesan
1/4 cup vegetable oil
salt 1.5 hours. l.
2 cups tapioca
Eggs 2 pcs.

Combine all liquid ingredients in a bowl.

Add the salt. Put on the heat and bring to a boil.

Boiling liquid, add the tapioca.

Stir, whisking until gelatinous paste.

Separately, whisk the eggs with the cheese.

When the starch mixture has cooled, mix it with egg.

Stir the dough.

Small balls with a spoon shape.

Bake 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees.
