Panna cotta with citrus topping

Panna Cotta — Italian dessert is sweet of boiled cream with sugar and vanilla. It goes well with a variety of seasonal fruits and berries. I took a universal all-season oranges and grapefruits, and it turned out great!

Ingredients
Orange 2 pcs.
Vanilla 2.1 h. l.
Grapefruit 1 pc.
gelatin 1 1/2 hours. l.
heavy cream 1 1/2 cups
yogurt 1 1/2 cup
1-2 tbsp honey. l.
fresh mint
sugar 1/2 cup
How to make: 

Panna Cotta — Italian dessert is sweet of boiled cream with sugar and vanilla. It goes well with a variety of seasonal fruits and berries. I took a universal all-season oranges and grapefruits, and it turned out great! In a medium-sized saucepan, pour 1 cup of cream and add a half teaspoons of gelatin, it will help us to thicken our dessert.

Allow the gelatin to infuse for 5 minutes. After five minutes, mix the gelatin with cream and put the pan on medium heat.

Slowly stir until the cream does not heat up and the gelatin is dissolved.

Then add the remaining cream and add sugar. Continue to cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves.

Now pour in the yogurt.

Continue to cook, but do not bring to a boil. When the mixture is hot to the touch, remove the saucepan from the heat and add the vanilla.

Pour the panna cotta into glasses or beautiful jars …

Pierce appeared on the surface bubbles with a toothpick and place the dessert in the refrigerator at least 4 hours.

Before serving dessert, prepare topping: Peel and slice the oranges and grapefruit (I caught one red orange, and it came out very nice combination). Place the fruit in a deep bowl, add the chopped mint aptly …

A couple of tablespoons of honey …

Stir and place in cups with dessert.
